• India: 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• International: 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Shipping fees for returns will be covered by the customer, with a nominal fee of Rs. 100 deducted from the refund amount. Cause and Effect will cover shipping for returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or if a damaged package is received. Items must be unused and returned with all original tags and labels.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse, followed by a quality check within 24 hours. Once approved, refunds will appear in your original payment method within 20 business days. For canceled orders, the refund will be initiated only once the item has returned to our warehouse and passed the quality check.
